Have you experienced difficulty with infertility, postpartum depression, mom rage, felt drained by the mental load of it all, found yourself overstimulated, struggled to adjust to empty nesting and refind your identity in each of the stages? I am here to help!

One of my goals in therapy is to provide you a safe space free of judgement or shame. With cultural expectations and mom guilt affecting so many moms, come sit with a therapist who cares deeply and who listens with understanding vs. judgement while holding absolute confidentiality.
